How does the Coach with Clarity Collective work?
The Collective is a hybrid program with a mix of live, recorded, and downloadable content. It’s completely self-paced, so you can easily make it fit into your schedule.
The live calls are on Tuesdays at 12 pm Eastern, 9 am Pacific. Typically, the first Tuesday is Co-Working, the second Tuesday is Q&A, the third Tuesday is Guest Expert Training, and the fourth Tuesday is Spotlight Coaching. (We may adjust the dates for months with five Tuesdays or for holidays.)
Members of the Collective are eligible to receive up to 36 ICF Continuing Coach Education hours every year.
Spotlight Coaching Calls and Q&A Sessions are conducted live, with recordings for members who can’t attend. When you attend live, you’re eligible to receive ICF Core Competency CCEs (1.0 for Spotlight, 1.0 for Q&A Sessions).
Guest Expert Trainings are also held live, and members may receive 1.0 ICF Resource Development CCEs for each session (when attended live or watched via replay).
All members have access to the Coach with Clarity Collective portal, where you'll find all session recordings and downloadable resources, and the private Coach with Clarity Collective Podcast, so you’ll be able to listen to call replays from your smartphone or podcast player!

Questions people asked before saying “Yes!” to the Coach with Clarity Collective
YES! The Coach with Clarity Membership is an ICF-accredited Continuing Coach Education (CCE) program.
Members can earn up to 36 CCEs annually (24 Core Competency, 12 Resource Development) by attending live sessions.
Each Spotlight Coaching Call and Q&A Session is eligible for 1.0 Core Competency CCEs when attended live.
Each Guest Expert Training is eligible for 1.0 Resource Development CCEs, when attended live or viewed via replay.
To request CCE credit, simply complete a brief form after attending each session. You'll then receive a certificate confirming your completion and awarding your CCE credit.
It means that once you join, you will always have access to all past, current, and future live calls, recordings, trainings, and benefits exclusive to Collective members, for as long as the Collective exists (and we plan on it existing for a very long time!). Once you’re in, you’re in.
Yes! If you prefer to pay over time, you can elect the 5-payment plan (5 monthly payments of $650) or the 10-payment plan (10 monthly payments of $325). There is no additional cost with the payment plans.
Please note: the Collective is not a recurring membership, but a group program. When you choose a payment plan, you commit to making all payments. There are no cancellations and no refunds.
Over the last two and a half years, we’ve seen that members who attend calls live and block off 2-3 hours each week to implement what they’ve learned in the Collective see the fastest results.
We recommend blocking off 60-90 minutes every Tuesday at noon ET for the live calls, and an additional hour or two each week to incorporate your insights into your business.
If you can’t attend the calls live, that’s okay – just schedule one hour a week to watch or listen to the replays!
All Coach with Clarity live calls are conducted on Tuesdays at noon Eastern Time. You will receive a Zoom link to access the calls, which will be emailed to you and posted in the community.
Not a problem! Every call is recorded, and you’ll be able to access the replays in your private portal AND in the private podcast feed.
Please note: in order to receive ICF Core Competency CCEs, you must attend the calls live.
Every month, members will have the opportunity to apply for Spotlight coaching. Lee will choose at least two members to receive coaching during each Spotlight call, and they’ll be selected based on their desired coaching topic and its relevance for the entire membership.
Members who are not on the Spotlight are encouraged to attend and observe the Spotlight calls, as Lee will also review the techniques she uses in her coaching.
Lee and her team commit to showing up for you fully at every session and in the community. We are here for you every step of the way.
There are several success stories… one founding member landed a regular client within the first six weeks of the membership. Another was featured in a nationally recognized blog post that gets millions of views a year.
That said, members get what they put in. If you bring your whole self, open mind and heart, and dedicate time each week to your personal and business growth you will see results.
